Apex Property Management is a local and family-owned business with longstanding ties in the community. 


Our owners started their real estate journey in 2005 here in Boise by purchasing a fixer-upper in need of a massive facelift.

Their hard work in bringing it back to life paid off, and they were hooked. They continued their real estate investment journey

in a constantly changing market, building business connections, learning through trial and error, and armoring themselves with education and experience. 

It became apparent to them, as they had experienced relationships with management professionals as both investors and tenants that not all property management companies are created equal. In addition, friends & colleagues, family members & neighbors reached out for advice and assistance. It was clear that starting a management company of their own would fill a need. They did just that and were determined to incorporate their cultivated values. 


In 2017, purchasing an existing property management portfolio became an exciting challenge. With the work of a stellar team, Apex Property Management has become a company focused on skill, integrity, dedication, and experience, with a commitment

to being advocates for success. 


AMANDA BEUTLER

Owner - Accounts Manager & Tech Specialist

As a Treasure Valley native, Amanda's modest upbringing on a family farm in Parma cultivated a love of the greater Boise area and its salt of the earth people right from the start. 


After leaping into the real estate world while attending Boise State University in 2005, Amanda earned real-life experience buying, selling, managing, building, and investing with her husband. The lessons learned while constructing a stance in the industry through unprecedented ups and downs in the market, perseverance through growth in ever-evolving technology and business strategies, and a genuine understanding with stellar communication skills made in developing valued professional relationships give Amanda a unique insight. Her tenacity is one of a kind. She listens to her team, clients, and customers, and her unabashed integrity radiates in every interaction. 


In her free time, she loves reading, listening to podcasts, studying holistic nutrition and natural health, gardening & exploring the breath-taking mountains and rivers of Idaho & traveling to National and State parks beyond, snuggling her two adorable pups, and non-conventionally educating her three remarkable children with her husband.

GISELA KOPPER

Senior Property Manager, ARM®

Born and raised right here in Boise, Gisela is proud to call Idaho "home." After attending Boise State University and the University of Utah, she stumbled upon property management when she was offered a position as a leasing consultant for a large multifamily community in the Treasure Valley. With a knack for reading people and an eye for detail, she quickly advanced in her new role and was promoted to Community Director, where she learned the tricks of the trade. 


Determined to excel in the industry, Gisela was steadfast in pursuing the Accredited Residential Manager® designation, which she received from the internationally recognized Institute of Real Estate Management in 2005. Gisela then served as Vice President of the IREM® Snake River chapter for several years, where she was awarded ARM® of the year twice.


Her involvement in the real estate management community, coupled with her 20+ years of experience in both multifamily and single-family property management, has allowed her the opportunity to develop strong relationships built on mutual trust and solid expectations. As such, Gisela is armed with an arsenal of vendors at her disposal to help ensure that her portfolio is well protected and profitable. Often described as calm, cool, and collected, Gisela thrives in the face of conflict. Her poised and professional demeanor is an asset in a consistently inconsistent industry. Gisela is committed to her clients and compassionately meets them wherever they're at in their property management journey. 

 

Her greatest accomplishment is being the mother of two beautiful children that inspire her to live each day to the fullest. Outside of the office, she enjoys warm summer nights, concerts under the stars, small-town rodeos, a good book by a crackling fire, and adventuring in the Idaho mountains with her kids in search of their next favorite natural hot springs.
