You will use this portal in a variety of ways throughout the duration of our Agreement. Pay rent, update your information, and view shared documents all in one space.

Coordinate Pest Control ServicesList Item 2
Included in our Resident Benefits Package is a self-directed, pest control service that includes the following pests: Bed Bugs, Fleas, Ticks, Weevils, Mites, Cockroaches, Ants, Rats, Mice, Spiders, and others as required.
You'll work directly with Pest Share and their assigned service provider to coordinate.

Insurance- Renters & Liability RequirementsList Item 3
Apex Property Management requires residents to obtain renters insurance and liability coverage of at least $100,000 from an A-rated carrier and to maintain such coverage throughout the entire term of the Lease Agreement.

Animal Screening RequirementsList Item 4
At Apex Property Management, we believe in fostering positive and responsible animal relationships among all residents and aim to cultivate communities that embrace a pet-friendly environment.
All pets and animals residing with residents must be documented to ensure a consistent, pet-friendly, and pet-responsible experience. It's essential to ensure that only authorized animals are present in residential areas. Unauthorized animals can pose a threat to other residents and their animals and can also create liabilities.
All Residents -regardless of animal ownership- must fill out a PetScreening profile and acknowledge pet policies to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Submit a Maintenance Request
Submit a request with quick and easy scheduling, chat with your property manager, and check on the status of your general maintenance requests immediately. Do you feel that this is a maintenance emergency? Refer to the Maintenance and Emergency Guidelines in the Forms and Documents section.
